Important !! This tab is **only** available if your hosting provider has enabled Site Quality Monitoring subscriptions. The *Extras* tab contains the *Integrations* tab, as well as the configuration tabs for any extensions and integrations you install through the *Integrations* tab. # Integrations The *Integrations* tab displays different monitoring extensions based on your Site Quality Monitoring subscription. These extensions offer extra monitoring capabilities that you may enable for no additional cost. !! Note !! For more information about Site Quality Monitoring subscriptions, read our [How to Manage a Site Quality Monitoring Subscription](https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/general-systems-administration/how-to-manage-a-site-quality-monitoring-subscription) documentation. To activate a new monitoring extension, click *Activate* underneath that extension. An activation menu will appear. Click *Activate* in this menu to confirm activation. If your *Integrations* tab displays **does not** display monitoring extensions, and instead displays the the *Upgrade to access Integrations.* message, it means that you must upgrade your subscription to access extensions. To upgrade, perform the following steps: 1. Click *Upgrade* to open the *Ready to upgrade your subscription?* menu. 2. Click *Upgrade* in this menu under your desired subscription. A payment window will appear. 3. Follow the instructions there and click *Subscribe* to upgrade, or click *WebPros/Back* to return to the [*All monitored websites*](https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/metrics/site-quality-monitoring/#all-monitored-websites) section. # Configure Slack alerts To configure the Site Quality Monitoring feature to send error alerts via Slack as well as emails, first activate the extension, then perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to the [*Configure alert emails*](https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/metrics/site-quality-monitoring/site-quality-monitoring-settings/#configure-alert-emails) section. 2. Click *Add Slack Notifications*. The *Slack Notification* menu will open. 3. Enter your desired title for Slack notifications in the *Notification name* text box. 4. Enter your Slack webhook in the *Webhook URL\** text box. If you do not know how to retrieve your Slack webhook, click the `Slack Webhooks` link and sign in to Slack to retrieve the webhook URL. 5. Select whether you want Site Quality Monitoring to notify you of [critical errors, non-critical errors, or both](https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/metrics/site-quality-monitoring/#error-types) . 6. Select your notification language from the *Select language* menu. 7. Click *Save*. You will return to the *Configure email alerts* menu. # Configure Microsoft Teams alerts To configure the Site Quality Monitoring feature to send error alerts via Microsoft Teams as well as emails, first activate the extension, then perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to the [*Configure alert emails*](https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/metrics/site-quality-monitoring/site-quality-monitoring-settings/#configure-alert-emails) section. 2. Click *Add Microsoft Teams Notifications*. The *Teams Notification* menu will open. 3. Enter your desired title for Teams notifications in the *Notification name* text box. 4. Enter your Microsoft Teams incoming webhook in the *Webhook URL\** text box. If you do not know how to create a Microsoft Teams webhook, click `Add an incoming webhook`. Instructions will open in a new window. 5. Select your notification language from the *Select language* menu. 6. Click *Save*. You will return to the *Configure email alerts* menu. # Health Check The `IETF Health Check` monitoring extension allows Site Quality Monitoring to graphically display the [JSON](https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/cpanel-product/cpanel-glossary/#json) -formatted results of an [IETF](https://www.ietf.org/) -compliant health check. When you activate the `IETF Health Check` extension, it adds an additional tab within the *Extras* tab labeled *Health check*. Click this tab to open the *Health check* section. To configure the `IETF Health Check` extension, click *Set up plugin* to open the *Health Check Settings* menu. In the *URL* text box, enter a URL that contains an IETF-compliant JSON-formatted health check return. Click `How to install this plugin`. Instructions will open in a new window. Follow them to retrieve your Shopware 5 API key, then enter it in the *API Key* text box. Click *Save*. | | `Shopware 6 Business` | Allows Site Quality Monitoring to provide prepackaged business metrics to find and fix payment issues with your [Shopware 6](https://docs.shopware.com/en/shopware-6-en) -enabled website. | Click *Set up plugin* to open the *Shopware 6 Settings* menu. Click `How to install this plugin`. Instructions will open in a new window. Follow them to retrieve your Shopware 6 API key, then enter it in the *API Key* text box. Click *Save*. | | `WordPress & WooCommerce Monitoring` | Allows Site Quality Monitoring to deliver metrics to you about payment issues with your WordPress website that uses [WooCommerce](https://woo.com/) . | Click *Set up plugin* to open the *WordPress Settings* menu. Click `How to install this plugin`. Instructions will open in a new window. Follow them to retrieve your WordPress API key, then enter it in the *API Key* text box. Click *Save*. |
